Subject: Please Help Raise Money in Memory of my Sister
Content: Hey Fellow Greeks!!This will be my second year taking part in the Relay For Life. Last year, I exceeded my goal of $100 with a grand total of $1070! =) I was so overwhelmed with the generosity... it literally brought me to tears.. I decided that this year, I would raise the stakes and attempt to reach a goal of $1,500! Please help! And last year I posted on this website a little late so those of you that wanted to donate didn't read about it til after...DONATE HEREOn April 18th to the 19th, I will be participating in the Relay for Life. A walk that pertains to the American Cancer Society which my chapter located at UMASS has adopted as a part of it's philanthropy in honor of our sister Jenn Chow, who passed away two summers ago from cancer...several months short of her 21st birthday. We're not just doing this for her, but for others that fall victim to cancer.I was wondering if you were interested in donating to this relay. Any contribution would be so amazing and very much appreciated. A dollar even would be amazing because every cent counts.I understand that many people of you are young, and may not have a credit card (to make an online donation), or broke but honestly, every donation will matter and I know that most of you have at least 1, 5, even 10 dollars to spare. Please think about it before you completely disregard this =(.. it's like you're saying " No, I do not want to save a life..."
